Artistic Venture will share images of  the product before order confirmation. Being a small business, we do not encourage refunds or exchanges unless your product was damaged during shipping. Please contact Artistic Ventures to make arrangements and show proof of damage.

Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days for in stock items. 

Any customized products, startimg from scratch could take 2 to 3 weeks to be shipped due to the time it takes between multiple steps to prep, create, and minumum cure  time.
